During the immersion we will embark on a multi day excursion to put to test the newly learned skills, gather wild foods and experience Norway’s pristine nature.
The classes will be on a formal 5 days on, 5 days off schedule. During the “off” days you may continue working on the techniques learned during the class, gathering and preserving food for the coming project!
During the month we will become a small clan and find that there are many more secrets to unravel in community!
